Casa Paula is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa nestled between the stunning Amoreira and Monte Clérigo beaches within the Costa Vicentina Natural Park.

Both Amoreira and Monte Clérigo beaches are within walking distance and with Arrifana beach only a short drive away, the villa is in a great location for surfers. It is also an idyllic spot for walkers, bird-watchers, beach lovers and anyone who appreciates scenic countryside and an abundance of yet more magnificent beaches within a short drive along the picturesque coastline.

The two local beaches have easy, walk-on access from beachside car parks and Amoreira is particularly suitable for families with small children who can also bathe in the estuary.

This delightful villa sleeps up to 6 people and is available as a holiday rental or a longer term winter let. The property is fully licensed as a holiday villa with an 'Alojamento Local' issued by Aljezur Town Hall.

This charming villa with 2 levels is elegantly furnished and decorated throughout. At ground level it has an open aspect lounge and dining room leading to the kitchen and a double bedroom overlooking the garden. A separate a bathroom (with shower) can be used as a private bathroom for this bedroom. The upper level consists of: the master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a large balcony with views towards the ocean; a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom (with bath) and a large sun terrace with views across shrub land and the Monchique mountains. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Situated within Jardins D’Oceano, Espartal in the heart of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, the villa is located within a development of 12 villas with a communal swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are provided.
