This holiday villa sleeps up to 8 people and is offered for holiday rentals on a self-catering basis. The property is fully licensed as a holiday villa with an 'Alojamento Local' issued by Aljezur Town Hall.

This beautifully presented villa, arranged over 2 floors, is furnished to a good standard throughout. It offers comfortable seating, dining & sleeping facilities for up to 8 people. It has 2 ground floor bedrooms (1 en-suite & 1 with adjacent bathroom) & 1 first floor bedroom (en-suite bathroom). The sofa bed in the lounge area provides additional sleeping.

Located in Espartal in the heart of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, the villa has stunning countryside & sea views. Situated within a 12 villa holiday development with a communal swimming pool, the villa benefits from a private garden & sun terrace with sun loungers & outdoor dining facilities from which you can enjoy fantastic views of the Monchique mountains & across Amoreira beach. Alternatively, you can chill out on the 1st floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

A 20% deposit (non refundable) will be required to make a reservation.

The final payment and a 200€ security deposit are payable 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

All payments will be required for reservations made within 6 weeks of the arrival date.

Payment can be accepted in Euros and GBP by cheque or bank transfer or internet banking.

check in & check out times …

Normal check in time : 16:00 hrs. Normal check out time : 10:00 hrs.
These times can only be varied by prior agreement.

cleaning & laundry …

Rates include fresh bed linen, bathroom towels & kitchen towels plus cleaning on a weekly basis.

changeover day …

Weekend changeover day preferred during July & August, otherwise flexible.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. No pets allowed.
