Casa Som-do-Mar is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa located in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park on the popular Vale da Telha urbanisation, close to the small town of Aljezur. The villa has a mature garden and a fantastic pebble' swimming pool with a poolside shower, a feature waterfall, extensive sun terraces and a built in barbeque. The rooftop sun terrace has sea views.
The villa sleeps 4-6 people and is offered for holiday rentals on a self-catering basis. The property is fully licensed as a holiday villa with an 'Alojamento Local' issued by Aljezur Town Hall.

This modern ground level villa is beautifully presented throughout.
From the front entrance the hallway leads to a conservatory leading off to 2 large double-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. Double doors lead from the conservatory to the garden and pool area. The living area is bright and airy with French doors leading out to the garden. The separate dining room also has French doors leading out to the garden.
Sleeping facilities include: master bedroom with a king size bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables/drawers and French doors leading out to the garden.
The villa has a big family bathroom with a bath (with shower), bidet, toilet and sink. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a walk in shower. A washing machine is available in the utility room.

to make a reservation
A 20% deposit (non refundable) will be required to make a reservation.
The final payment and a 200€ security deposit are payable 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
All payments will be required for reservations made within 6 weeks of the arrival date.Payment can be accepted in Euros & GBP.
check in & check out times
Normal check in time : 16:00 hrs. Normal check out time : 10:00 hrs.
These times can only be varied by prior agreement.
cleaning & laundry
Rates include fresh bed linen, bathroom towels & kitchen towels plus cleaning on a weekly basis.
Changeover day
Weekend changeover days preferred.
